Tenants at College Park Drive, Weatherford, TX are requested that per the lease, that the Landlord provide a specific timeline that they areas that need to be maintained, for the patrons of the Shopping Center be addressed.

"Common Area" means all areas, facilities, and improvements provided in the Shopping Center for the convenience and use of patrons of the Shopping Center, and shall include, but not limited, to all areas, all parking areas and facilities, sidewalks, stairways, service corridors, truck ways, ramps, loading ducks, dumpster areas, delivery areas, landscaped areas, access and interior roads.

We the undersigned call on CPSC to provide a date when this will be rectified. CPSC will work with tenants and give notice of when these repairs will be completed so it does not effect the tenants business.

We request a specific plan and timeline of when these repairs will be done within the next 30 days.

We herby give notice that the the Common Area Maintenance (CAM) is not being addressed and we ask that this be rectified, specifically the parking lots, which has dangerous pot holes that can and will cause liability to our patrons. This is causing our patrons to make numerous complaints which is disrupting business sales and the tenants image which effects our business sales.

Numerous attempts have been made by tenants to rectify the situation, with no action taken.
