Bill C-51 and Criminal Code section 83.3.

Dear Honourable Kathleen Ganley (ND), Minister of Justice and Solicitor General of Alberta:

We would like to make a request on behalf of the people of Canada, and specifically Alberta, under the Bill C-51, and the amendment to the Criminal Code of Canada section 83.3, as follows:

Stephen Harper stated: “Make no mistake. Canada is not a bilingual country. In fact it is less bilingual today than it has ever been.”

We the citizens of Canada would like to make a citizens’ arrest pursuant to the above-mentioned section of the Criminal Code, because we believe such statements may be cause for “future acts of terrorism.” Although more evidence may be brought before a judge, due to “exigent circumstances,” we the people are unable to assemble all the extraneously large evidence under such short amount of time and distances that hinder our further investigation.

As such we would like Steven Harper detained in the exact same manner as any “preventative arrest” is usually made, as we are all equal citizens and as such deserve the same treatment from our government equally.

Thank you for your time, and we hope to have our request taken seriously and without hesitation.

Sincerely,

The following Canadian Citizens:
