It was told to us at Chestnut Trace Apartments, that we had to use Vontage for our Cable, TV, and Internet use or we could have choose not to have these things.
Some of the tenants at Chestnut Trace would like upgrades but we were told that we could not receive upgrades. I could see if upgrades were not available to everyone that uses Vontage but that only apply to tenants at Chestnut Trace. I have to wonder is it because the Apartments are income based apartments.
Upgrade Cable Services should be available to anyone who would like to receive it.
If we are not allowed to upgrade our services with Vontage.
We should be allowed to switch to any other Cable Services that we desire.
