Over the years, Vodacom's features have increased but the service has degraded.
Often, the network is too busy to accommodate calls; connected calls are cut off; signal is lost and message delivery can take days. If anyone were in an emergency situation, this would cost lives.
We, the undersigned, have noticed a degradation of service provision by Vodacom over recent years and call for an investigation and restoration thereof.
