purchased new home in june 2005 the builder and agent assured me that i could park my work vehicle in my driveway, had no problems for 2 years now the HOA is telling me i have to park it somewere else, where? there is no assigned parking for anybodys vehicle there are many in the centerra subdivision who rely on there vehicles to take home to provide there familys with a living and food on the table....we must have our work vehicles to pay bills just because im a tradesman im and all of us have to suffer,we need our work vehicles for our jobs...
this petition is for all of us who own trucks and work vehicles to provide food and shelter to our familys whom because of our occupation have no other choice from rules of our jobs and the jobs requirements to bring a work supplied vehicle home and be able to not be fined or punnished for feeding our famlilys.here at centerra there are no provided parking areas for these vehicles which are primarily small trucks and work vans with tools or without...
We the tradesmen of centerra please call for our neighbors to understand our position and would like to eliminate or emend the cc&rs rules and regulations of centerra to provide us with parking rights on OUR LOTS to pay our bills and feed our familys..
