My daughter and I were victims of motor vehical accident as pedestrians in residential "cul de sac" area. Teenager on cell phone going > 30 miles per hour.
I suffered concussion, broken leg and coccyx. Daughter is emotionally traumatized. Dog which was pinned under car, now will not go outside.
We the undersigned ask the state of Texas to make it illegal to use cell phones while driving, such as many other states in the US are doing.
We the undersigned ask the township of Round Rock Texas to reduce the speed limits of ALL residential areas from 30 mph to 25 mph.
