This month, CDC Director Judy Offt was placed on a 120 day suspension. Prior to her relief the staff had their concerns.
Ms. Judy has been the director of this center for several years. During her tenture she has endured numerous complaints from parents and staff.
We are aware that this is her third suspension and question why she has been given so many chances.
I agree that new management would be the best decision for the Monroe Street Child Development Center.
The level of respect, trust, loyality and confidences with the management now is lost.
We know with new direction the staff would gain work ethics and the center would get creditbility within the community.
