The Government pays a Carer £58.00 per week to work 24/7.
This is wrong they should pay them minimum wage at least.
I would like to support the request from Carers all over the country that you pay them a reasonable wage, and it should not be a benefit they should be counted as a working member of the public and an employee of the health service i.e the NHS AND BE PAID ACCORDINGLY!
AND LIKE ANY EMPLOYEE THEY SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!
This should happen NOW! Not in 5 years after lots of talking about it.
It needs to happen NOW!
