Call for EU Reform Treaty Referendum

The petition of the residents of Cornwall declares that Cornwall electors should be given a say before the European Union Reform Treaty is signed.

The Petitioners therefore request that the Government hold a referendum without delay of all registered electors within the United Kingdom.
