Wildlife is best viewed in the wild by utilizing binoculars or cameras (at a safe distance of course!) Viewing animals and insects confined within profit driven aquariums, zoos, and other animal-based attractions (including butterfly pavilions, etc.) supports animal cruelty due to the abuse the animals undergo in transit, captivity, and performance training against their will.
By viewing animals in their natural habitats (the wild) your money may go to purchasing binoculars rather than admission tickets at such profit driven based businesses. (*with exception to animal sanctuaries & responsible / cruelty-free rehabilitation organizations).
