Good day everyone.
We are closing the petition due to an individual with a political agenda using our petition to obtain votes for his campaign and not close the park as promised.
For almost a year the Benoni Bunny Park Animals 911 Group (started by Tania Forrest-Smith) has been involved with the Benoni Bunny Park by feeding animals on a dialy basis and rescuing injured and sick animals.
Our facebook page can be consulted for further and more detailed updates of what is currently happening at the park.
The Benoni Bunny Park Animals 911 Group is calling upon the community to support our plea to:
1. Close the Bunny Park;
2. Get all animals sterilised;
3. Rehome the sterilised animals.
4. Whereafter an eco green company (project undertaken by Debra Flemming) will till the soil, refertilise and regreen the park in order to restore it to its former glory.
This will help the community and will increase property values around the park.
