There are nearly 400 homes in the Ranch Cordova community of Kavala Ranch who have no public neighborhood park to safely play.
The master plan for the community officially known as Anatolia III includes a four acre park in the northern middle of the neighborhood. The park will be connected by bike path to the parks in the northern Anatolia neighborhood.
A sign announcing this planned park site has been up for more than four years. The residents of Kavala Ranch cannot wait any longer for a neighborhood park and would like construction to begin Spring 2012.
To encourage construction of the Anatolia III Park in the Kavala Ranch Community of Rancho Cordova. We would like Lennar and Tim Lewis along with the Cordova Recreation and Parks District to begin construction Spring 2012 with a completion date of Summer 2013.
