Build a Privacy Wall Along East Side of 5600 W

Our neighborhood has been disrupted by the constant vandalism of our privacy and safety. Myself and my neighbors have had several cars run through our fences that run along 5600 West in Kearns, Utah.

I have had 3 cars go through my fence into my backyard within the 8 years I have lived at my residence. Our neighbors to the right and left of us have at at least 4 cars go through their fences if not more in the time they have lived in their houses. I am afraid if a privacy wall is not built that our children may one day be killed while playing in our backyards.

I would hate a child's death to be the reason a privacy wall is built, we are trying to prevent one of our children's deaths by having this wall built to protect our families.
