Florida based Picerne Development has proposed a new low income housing tax credit development named Pointe Overlook Apartments. The developer has submitted an application for a tax credit via the TDHCA Housing Tax Credit Program.
This petition is intended to be our combined voices of opposition against this project, and will be presented to the TDHCA's Governing Body.
We, the undersigned, as residents of Buda are requesting the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Governing Board to decline Picerne Development any tax credits for Pointe Overlook Apartments - Buda Texas - Application #15081 for the 9% Housing Tax Credit.
