Child murders are becoming more frequent in Victoria, and the threat of a jail sentence appears to not be a deterrent.
Drastic changes need to be made to the law regarding the punishment of people who deliberately take another human beings life.
We, the undersigned, call on the Premier of the state of Victoria, Mr Dennis Napthine, to reintroduce the death penalty to the state of Victoria, for people found guilty of the horrendous offence of murder of children and adults.
