Bring back Simran and Revert Meri Doli Storyline to Original

The petition was forwarded to Zee TV and Rahul Bhat. While Zee TV replied saying that the petition was forwarded to their Executive Producer, there was no further come-back on that. There was no response from Rahul Bhat.
In the meanwhile, reports have come in that the male lead Ruhaan (played by Gaurav Khanna) is being replaced. That being the case, it seems pointless to continue to keep the petition open as we all wanted our Ruhaan-Simran (Gaurav-Priyamvada) pair back, not one or the other.
Once again, thanks a lot to everyone for making this petition go this far. Hope we get to see our favourite lead-pair Gaurav-Priyamvada together on TV soon.

We, the undersigned, are ardent fans of Meri Doli Tere Angana airing on ZeeTV and have loved watching this serial from Day 1. We love the lead pair Ruhaan and Simran and many of us watch the serial mainly for them.
The new storyline with Simran getting killed, Ruhaan losing his memory, being "adopted" by the Bhargavs and being paired with a new female lead Sargam is not acceptable to us fans.
This new track feels like watching a completely new serial, with absolutely no relation to the original concept of Meri Doli, which was about Simran who fights against all odds and emerges victorious. The complete essence and freshness of the original storyline has been compromised with.
We fans are very disappointed and annoyed at this turn of events and request ZeeTV and the producer Rahul Bhat to bring back Simran and the rest of the old cast and to revert to the original storyline. We all want the original storyline to develop and have our favourite Ruhaan-Simran jodi back, without which this serial is incomplete. We do not believe that the new storyline is in any way adding to the popularity of the serial, if anything, it is making us angry as we cannot imagine seeing Ruhaan with another female lead.
