Bring back our Einstein's!

At the end of November, the Einstein's Bagel store, located in the Prairie Village Shops, closed it's doors for the final time to make way for a new theater concept, called Standee's.

While the community is excited for the new theater, the loss of Einstein's has left a hole in our community. It was the only decent casual breakfast place in the shops. People gathered there for many different reasons. People walked there, rode their bikes, and drove from other neighborhoods. The line was usually out the door. They did great business in the shops.

I wanted to start this petition to demonstrate to Lane 4, the leasing agent, that we miss Einstein's and we would really like to have it re-located.
