Hi there, I have had a repeat prescription from Boots Swanley. I went in no prescription. We will contact The Oaks Swanley for prescription. I went in drugs to collect for high blood pressure. I went to The Oaks Surgery and collected prescription myself. I took to Chemists opposite Boots Swanley, and received good customer service and drugs. I contacted Boots on Facebook. Area Manager will investigate, and call you. I have received no communication. SHAME ON BOOTS.
