No to Blended Program

When the majority of the Medical Assistant students started our journey though this program at Kaplan College, we came here for the hands on experience. If we had wanted to get our training over the internet that is what we would have done.

We do not want this blended program. We were not asked whether or not we want this program. We were given no choice. This program is not what we signed for. Being that we are passed our first month we are bound by our student loans to either stay or pay for training that we did not receive.

In the papers that we all signed in under the Additional Conditions number 4, it states " The Institution has the right, to make reasonable changes in program content, material, schedules, sequences of courses in programs, or relocation of the Institution in the interest of improving the student's education or where deemed necessary due to industry changes, academic scheduling, or professional requirements. Such changes will not result in additional tuition for the student. If the change results in a new program, students will be given the option of changing to the new program or completing the program in which they originally enrolled.

We all openly gave the blended program a chance. We, however, do not like the blended program and want to go back to the program we had before.
