We, the undersigned, call on the local, regional, and national planning authorities involved to refuse planning application 06/00592/FUL for the erection of 3 dwellinghouses and associated parking, Blair House, Walsall Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire, UK.
We deem that the development puts the lives of our children at risk who use the path twice a day to go to and from primary school and pre-school, that the turning from Walsall road into the lane is dangerous and likely to be against highway code, and that the application should have never have been considered in the first place due to the Section 106 agreement entered into by the applicant.
