The death of Bisma, 10 months, has hurt and grieved all Pakistanis. This petition is not intended to disrespect anyone due to their hideous acts. But it is, to make those, who deem themselves privileged, believe that their survival is with the welfare of public.
It is not even a matter of respect for people by such politicians, but of justice, of provision of fundamental rights; health,education and security of life. Unfortunately, there seems to be, or rather there really is a lack of care wherever and whenever general masses are concerned. Such incidents have happened in the past but nothing has been done to check the ever-growing violation of laws, ever-increasing sense of immunity, exemption, privilege and entitlement among politicians.
Hereby, we, the undersigned, call on the lawmakers and the stake-holders to check such incidents which, as in this case, are due to the protocol of the political personalities causing delay in the provision of services, in this case health services, which may lead to serious situations, even death.
We appeal against such attitude beseech legislators to make strict laws which may prevent such incidents in future.
