We the undersigned oppose the decision of Conservative-run Warwickshire County Council to sell off Binley Woods Library to the highest commercial bidder, rather than to Binley Woods Parish Council, which wanted to create a much-needed Village Centre.
We urge the County Council to allow Binley Woods Parish Council to buy the premises.
