BelAire Estates Homeowners Request for Concrete Repairs Do-Over

Background (Preamble):
We are the homeowners' at your development, BelAire Estates, in Woodbridge, VA. This summer, your contractors repaired cracks, breaks, holes and other breakages in the concrete sidewalks and driveway aprons on many of the homes in our neigborhood.
The concrete mix used for the repairs is of a much lighter color than the existing sidewalks and driveway aprons, resulting on many eyesores around BelAire Estates.
Research reveals that different concrete cures and changes color over time to varying degrees, but that concrete poured at different times (especially three years later in some areas at BelAire) will not age with the same patina.
We are proud of the community that you developed here. But the concrete work has cast a unsavory appearance to our otherwise beautiful community.
