Beer and Wine License for Loving

The reason for the petition is to supply the village of Loving with something that we have never had that is a beer and wine license so the community will not have to travel 15 miles out of town to enjoy a cold beverage while they are eat at their favorite restaurant.
I was born and raised in Loving and i am a supported of anything that the village does for the community and understand the good that a beer and wine license would do for the community and also the revenue it would bring to the village as well.
We the employee's of Licha's Kitchen ask for your support to help our community grow.
We, the undersigned, call on the Village of Loving so we can be a bigger and better service to our community, providing a restaurant in the village of Loving with a warm and happy environment.
Please help us obtain a beer and wine licence.
