I approached my council 3 years ago to down grade my 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom property, thus freeing up my property for a larger family. The council were not interested in my proposal and told me to register with homeswappers.

I believe the Council should be obligated to accept housing applications from tenants who wish to downgrade One or more bedrooms. We now have our backs to the wall.

MAKE OUR COUNCILS OBLIGED TO ASSIST IN OUR RELOCATION!

WE THE UNDERSIGNED CALL ON OUR GOVERNMENT TO MAKE OUR COUNCILS MORE RESPONSIBLE TOWARDS ALL TENANTS' HOUSING NEEDS.
