On Sunday the 9th March my niece was savaged by a staffordshire bull-terrier who was not on a leash she was dragged round on the floor whilst the woman stood watching my niece spent 5 days in hospital and had to have surgery for her bites.
She was lucky not to lose her hand as the dog locked jaw on to her wrist. If the dog had been leashed it would have been prevented.
