Single use plastic bags make up a large amount of the plastic waste deposited every year.
Eliminating the use of them by companies within the Dallas city limits would allow for a drop in the amount corporations must pay to furnish the stores with the plastic bags but also help to minimize the ongoing public waste issue.
We, the undersigned, ask the City of Dallas to ban the use of single use plastic bags by companies within the Dallas city limits.
