This petition is to ban US scientists from the privilege of a Noble Prize.

The US is using unfair competition practices and using Nazi immigration law against PhD holders from US academia forcing them to leave the US without immediate employement.

We ask the Nobel Prize Committee to ban US scientists from receiving this pretigious award. The United States is using Nazi immigration law to expel PhD holders granted by its own academia within 10 days in case of lack of employement.

For many scientists this is simply execution since they left ties to their home countries over many years. This practice must result in the termination of the privilege of having a Nobel award.
