ATL has imposed the 2009 cost of living pay increase on its staff in defiance of its recognition agreement with GMB.
This increase was imposed after just one meeting between staff and the employer.

We the undersigned are disappointed that instead of a jointly agreed settlement between staff and the employer, ATL has chosen to impose a cost of living increase.
We believe this would be deemed unacceptable for members and ask management to honestly negotiate 2009's pay deal.
