We, the below signatory fact-finders, acting as common-law “Jurists” for the People of the United States of America, & through our inherent common-law authority, as recognized under the “Laws of Nature & of Nature's God”, & in (but not dependent on) the “Seventh Amendment”; we do here-by exercise our inherent “Law-Making Authority”, for these United-States of America, as is recognizable in scholarly documents, here:

Here-under; we do solemnly declare, “as a 'Matter of Law'”, that:
In the light of the Common-Law Legacy of the United Kingdom & the United States of America, Any Group of Twelve People may come together to Unanimously Declare Judgement, based on Evidence which they have become aware of, if that Evidence convinces all Twelve of them “Beyond All Reasonable Doubt|”, of the Righteousness & the “Truth” of their Judgement.
We Jurists do recognize the common-law “Principle”, that, any twelve other Jurists (of “good reputation” in their own local or private foreign communities), may unanimously & formally & publicly “Contest our Judgement”, here, in open-debate. Each of us do solemnly affirm, that, if any such twelve Jurists do so unanimously contest our judgement here, that each & every one of us will solemnly examine the evidence that those other Jurists have based their decision on, & that if we find it meritorious, we will admit our error, & there-after humbly change this Judgement.
Realistically; we do not expect that to happen. Our research of the related “Evidence”, seems to us to be extremely “Solid”, where-under each of us has come to believe “Beyond All Reasonable Doubt”, that our Judgement here, is both Rightous & “True”.
