Arnold Dugger was a gentlemen that made a huge difference in Claremont Neighborhood Center. He made the center known for his basketball skills.
He attended Oral Roberts University and was drafted to the 76'ers in the third round. Everyone in the neighborhood and around the cities know and love Arnold Dugger. A tribute was held in his name in August and the children need to know and remember him.
