The terrible conflict in Syria as a result of political clashes under the effect of internal and external factors leads to withdrawing the diplomatic missions of all developed countries in Damascus and closing the all cultural centers.
Our daughters and sons, students and young researches are in very crucial need of opening these diplomatic missions and cultural centers. Continuing of closing these institutions for more than five years affected very negatively the scientific and cultural situation, which is in usefulness of deeper spreading the extremism and fundamentalism.
I appeal for "opening German Embassy and Goethe Institute" in Damascus!
We, the undersigned, call on the Ministry of Foreign Affair in Germany to return its diplomatic mission and reopen the cultural center (Goethe Institute) in Damascus.
This action will be very important and useful for the Syrian's young and the entire Syrian people.
We believe that this great country - Germany, will respond positively to our appeal which is very important for a great percent of Syrians.
