Victim of Torture as a Vulnerable Adult now I am Disabled and I am being subjected to Torture by Local Authorities in the North East where there is high levels of Corruption.
I am being refused NHS help, Social Services help, Local Government wont help The Police wont help why because they are all guilty of Torture.
Also where there is Corruption, Corruption Spreads, all the way to the Home Office? This has been proven in the UK but under International Law enforced by the United Nations.

I Anton Carpena ask you to support me in the name of Humanity to fight back at Corruption and to prevent Torture, Protect Children, Safeguard those who are Vulnerable to abuse.
This is also a petition so that disabled people should be treated with Due Regard and able to live a life free from discrimination or any abuse of Human Rights.
We call on the government to respond and failing that we ask the United Nations to enforce International Law to stop abuse.
