Andrei Arshavin top Premier League Player for 2009

On 21 April 2009, the 2006 Russian player of the year Andrei Sergeyevich Arshavin became one of the few players to score 4 goals in a match against Liverpool at Anfield, the match finishing 4-4. As a result it put a severe dent in Liverpools title hopes all but handing the title to Manchester United on a plate.

For this reason alone I feel Arshavin should be voted as the most entertaining Premier League in 2009.
