Medical records and X-ray at http://www.thewhyfiles.net/mkultra4.htm#update discloses unauthorized covert lobotomy and brain implant experimentation (Dec. 9,1969 & Jan. 27,1972, at 14 & 16 years of age) without informed consent, nor parental knowledge, whielunder the guise of treating epilepsy. (ie-"scar tissue removal") This information correlates with the CIA covert MK-ULTRA project of psychosurgical and brain implant research, upon unwitting subjects. Those subjects being myself, and other children who suffer epilepsy at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.
Due to major damage control and concealment, it has been impossible as to operate within the statute of limitation, on this breach of the criminal code and international law such as the 1947 Nuremberg Code.
Considering the government has amended the statute in respect to sexual child abuse, there should be no objection as to recognize victims of non-consensual research.
We the undersigned call upon the Ontario Legislature to amend the Statute of Limitation Act for victims of non-consensual procedures and Nuremberg Code violations.
Medical child abuse such as sexual child abuse is a crime.
