The following names demand specifically that Ms. Lisa Burden allow Christopher Lee (Trey) Akers II and Christopher Lee (Chris) Akers III, be allowed to participate in the Central high School Marching Band program.
Both students have been in band since 6th grade, and we have been together as a family for a long time, and do not feel that this decision should be made by a single individual, but by the entire band family. This would serve not only the best interests of the Akers’, but as the band body as a whole.
Fulton High School allows this for three individuals, because they think it is in the best interests of the school and the students. Are the Akers’ boys not just as valuable?
We, the undersigned, demand that the boys be allowed to play in Central High School Marching Band.
