South Padre Streetfood is a fully licensed mobile restaurant. It adheres to the same rules as any brick and mortar restaurant. Besides the food truck, we hold a license at a brick and mortar commercial kitchen as well. We also must have a license for storage of the truck.
We have to maintain insurance policies on all vehicles and facilities. We hold a mobile food establishment license from the Department of Agriculture. We have a Wisconsin State Sellers Permit. Our scales are checked and verified yearly by Wisconsin weights and measures. All of our employees are Serve-safe certified. I am also a certified kitchen manager which is required.
We have done every thing asked of us. We now just want to be able to produce and sell the best food in town.
