Background (Preamble):
A certain Cafe in East Sydney was visited by the health department who warned the proprietors that they would be breached if they continued to allow leashed dogs at their outdoor dining area; the health department claimed that it was due to the fact that the area used outdoors was leased from the council and therefore came under a different classification.
Petition:
Please change the law to allow leashed animals in outdoor dining areas at the discretion of the proprietor(s).
