Since the installation of traffic lights at the intersection of Coombe Place and Rivonia Road it has become a daily struggle to enter Rivonia Road from Coombe Place.
It takes on average half an hour to enter Rivonia Road from Coombe place, resulting in vehicles travelling illegally on the wrong side of the road and pushing in at the traffic light, creating further congestion.
Correspondence with Johannesburg Roads Agency has resulted in empty promises.
We, the undersigned, call on the Johannesburg Roads Agency to find a permanent solution to the traffic congestion and lawlessness at the intersection of Rivonia Road and Coombe Place.
