A petition against a proposed Lidl Food Store and 38 Residential Flats Molesey Road Hersham. Hersham village is a quaint and pretty community village. We have no requirement for such a large and expansive development. The village already has a large Waitrose store and does not need another.
The effect on traffic and the aesthetics of the village will be adverse. Please sign this petition if you wish to keep this village free of unprecedented traffic volumes and desire to keep it quaint and aesthetically pleasing. Take your store to a major town not our little village, we don't want or need it LIDL!
Please voice your concerns at a Public Consultation evening on the 17th November at Hersham Centre for the Community, 7 Queens Road, Hersham, KT12 5LU, from 5-8pm.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please take this signature as my objection to the planned development by LIDL at the Riverdeen Business Park. It is apparent that the scale and nature of this project is not fitting for Hersham village.
We have no requirement and do not accept that such a project of this scale should be allowed to proceed.
