This petition is against the building of an ATV mud park on the property adjacent to Ridgehaven Estates.
The noise levels, loss of property values, impact on wildlife and the environment and the rise of crime in the form of trespassing, vandalism and under age drinking are simply unbearable.
A discussion with police and tax assessors in Jacksonville Tx. revealed that property values immediately dropped 15% to 20% trespassing, DWI,vandalism and under age drinking were big problems following their mud park opening.
With the park not yet open noise is already a problem and there has been evidence of under age drinking.
We, the undersigned, call on the Caddo parish Commission to stop the opening of the High Lifter ATV mud park.
