Background (Preamble):
We feel you are being extremely unfair in your practices. The animals are innocent. The people who own these animals that bite should be investigated.
Mean dogs are trained to be that way or in most cases abused. I have personally witnessed people allowing their children to kick dogs. If people were treated the way dogs are they would bite as well.
There are few dogs that just bite for no good reason so why should all of a breed be destroyed because of a few horrible subhumans that mistreat or allow mistreatment of these wonderful breeds.
Evidence against these breeds is inconclusive at best. Not all variables have been taken into consideration. How many incidents were justifiable? What this organization is trying to do is a sin!

Petition:
I hereby support the defense of all 75 breeds listed as "bad" dogs. These dogs are not bad, they had/have bad owners.
I ask that you not enforce this legislation. I ask that dogs be considered on an individual basis. In addition people be allowed a chance to reform their dogs through required training before condemning any dog (except in the situation where a dog kills someone).
Many of these dogs are just big cuddle puppies. I feel this action violates my rights as a resident of these United States as well as the rights of animals in these United States.
