There has recently been a $5 per month raise in HOA dues which started at the beginning of the year. We home owners just received an additional letter stating that our dues were going to be raised another $10 starting in June of this year.
The additional raise in dues is to cover the non payment of dues from other homeowners.
We, the homeowners of the American Beauty's, call on the board to eliminate the raise in dues or any other fees to be assessed to us.
