The basis of this petition is for armed forces personnel, who served prior to1975. Anyone serving less than 22 years service did not receive any means of proportional amount of pension for years served. I/E from 18 years of age to completion of service less than 22years. Whether having served in any government warring campaign or not. This included both world wars. In the same context a civil servant did. At home in comfort. Is this right???
