PETITION FOR THE PROPERTY REPAIRS: AEV PROPERTIES, LLC

Rental property at 1837 Lincoln St. Hollywood, FL. 33020:

We the residents at this property have had the following issues with the property that has not been resolved. These issues have been reported on numerous accounts & still remain unresolved to this very date.

Issues: front door locks, tile coming apart, window structures rotting out/ falling apart, don't close securely or lock, outlets don't work, missing windows/pane/broken, refrigerator not working properly or at all, drains clogged up & sewage backs up into the sinks, foundation rotting/sinking, infestation of insects....maggots, roaches, rats, etc of the interior/exterior of the entire property.

This all has been REPORTED on numerous occasions & the landlord still has done nothing. Therefore this is why some of the tenants have withheld the rent payment.

We are Demanding for these issues to finally be addressed & corrected for SAFE & SANITARY living conditions.
