The students of Abraham Lincoln have been issued a new uniform policy. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be a problem except for one small detail, we were told in October.
After most students had already bought uniforms that have been allowed for a least 3 years. Most students at this school have reduced lunch for a reason, they are financially unstable so it is unfair to expect us to be able to afford new uniforms after already buying uniforms over the summer, and with this new change on November 4, 2013 if people are not able to get the new uniforms because their of their families financial problems they will be punish.
The parents and students do not think this is right.
When are trying to stop Abraham Lincoln high school from changing the uniforms already two months into the school year.
The students follow the dress code by wearing the colors required, and the ones who don't follow the rules should continued to be punished.
