Animals that remain in deplorable conditions at the hands of hoarders.
After an animal is collected @ All creatures great and small they remain in pens and horrible conditions. Reseachers have found that animals that are kept in cages and crates after three weeks start to become frustrated, therefor making them un-adoptable!
Please help NC reps. realize the cruelty that is being allowed in our community.
