Background (Preamble):
The Mainstream Media are controlled by a handfull of VERY powerful people who often lie, distort the truth and leave out vital bits of information so that the wealthiest most powerful people in the world can persuade ordinary working people to do things that are only in the interests of the wealthy. The media should have a licensing system and if they are caught lying or leaving out important information they should lose that license. There should also be strict limits on Foreign Ownership of media operating in any country.
Petition:
We the undersigned want the government to ENFORCE a strict code on media owners to ensure that they only tell the truth and Don't leave out important information like the MAI for example. Also they should make sure there is only very limited Foreign Ownership of media in the country.
