The cost of driver licence is unjustified. Today anything can be produced electronically very cheaply and quickly. If you stop issuing renewals the cost will be reduced drastically. How come European countries don’t have that problem? Obviously someone wants to make a lot of profit. Only 3% of the funds from vehicle registration fees is used on road maintenance.
Paying for the driver licence fee every year would mean that the people need permission from the bureaucrats to use the roads which belong to the people as the taxpayers funds were used to build them. There is no real law (not corporate rules) that requires the people of Australia to obtain permission every year to use public roads. Public roads belong to the people.
The people of Australia have the right to reject the repugnant “law” of slavery to pay for the driver licence renewal as we rejected the GST that was forced upon us. Do we have dictatorship in our country? Slavery was abolished a long time ago.
We, the people of Australia and Queensland demand an explanation from the Department of Transport for a sudden and exorbitant rise for the Driver License Renewal fee which is an additional burden to already struggling people while the parliamentarians give themselves astronomical pay rise. How do you justify that?
We command that this renewal fee be abolished immediately as it violates Section 92 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution, Divine and Natural laws giving us the right to use roads freely.
We, the people of Australia reject slavery and do not need to beg any bureaucrat for permission to use the road after we pass the driving test. We don’t suddenly lose driving skills the next year. Therefore, the Driver License should be issued for life as in most European countries.
If you ignore our protest and command it shall be taken that you do not act in good faith or in the capacity of a public servant but as an employee of a corporation for profit thereby committing treason against the Australian people and you will be prosecuted accordingly. Furthermore, for you to fail, refuse or neglect to perform to this command of the Australian people is an offense of breach of fiduciary duty and you will be prosecuted accordingly.
