Due to the irresponsible reporting of Brian Ross in regard to incorrectly reporting that James Holmes (Hispanic Tea Party member) was the shooter at the Aurora Theater, without knowing for sure.
As a result of his actions, Mr. Holmes has had to change his phone number after receiving death threats. There are 208 James Holmes listed in the vicinity of Aurora, Colorado.
How did one who is a member of the Tea Party just happen to be the one mentioned? We are seeking the removal of Brian Ross from ABC News.

We, the undersigned, call on ABC News to fire Investigative Reporter Brian Ross for failing to uphold journalistic integrity and for reporting information that was blatantly in error in regard to the perpetrator of the theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado.
